A Lifetime of Wellness: Meet Omar Fadil

*Beautiful, strong, and independent women are those who will raise the next generations. They are irreplaceable!*

Hello and welcome. Hello, my name is Omar Fadil, Founder and author of HealthSportFood.

I was born in 1957 in the south of Morocco. My path has not been running for passing fashions; it has been a daily search for the basic principles of healthiness. Since I have been alive for more than seven decades, I know that, actually, health is an art, a lifestyle that should always be "patience, rhythm, and healthy habits".

A Solid Foundation of Movement and Discipline

To me, a healthy life is an active life. As a martial artist with more than 15 years of experience, I have realized the important link between a healthy mind and an optimized body. I have developed strong focus, resilience, and respect for my body's capacity through my practice in the dojo.

But I am also interested in movement from a different perspective: My own background is very earthy, my childhood included us working in fields, argan groves, and nurseries of the South. My body learned from the patience of the farmer: you cannot make nature go, and you need a strong body, like a good harvest, which needs constant care and deep roots.

The eye of the technician and the touch of the stylist

My professional life is dedicated to structural integrity. As an installer and repairer of strength training equipment, I've spent my career working with the tools that develop strength. I understand the mechanics of exercise from the inside out.

Before repairing machines, I worked for several years as a women's shoe designer. This taught me the mechanics of elegance. I understood that everything starts with the foundation: the feet. A millimeter of imbalance is enough to alter the entire posture. I apply this same architect's perspective to the wellness advice I share, focusing on the impact of our structure and posture on our long-term health. The kitchen, my haven of health

My inspiration isn't only being shaped in the gym but also has been molded in the kitchen. Being an adorer of cooking, my inspiration is rooted in my Moroccan culture. I was alone in charge of evenings for numerous years, and I was about to prepare all my meals alone in my nutrition laboratory.

Thank you for being here. I am honored to share this space with you.

To your health,

Omar Fadil
