I was born in 1957, and I've learned over many decades that true health isn't a fad or a temporary goal—it's a way of life built on consistent, practical habits. My journey hasn't been about chasing trends, but about living the core principles of wellness firsthand, day in and day out.

For me, a healthy life is an active one. With over fifteen years of dedicated practice in martial arts, I learned firsthand the profound connection between a disciplined mind and a capable body. The dojo taught me focus, resilience, and a deep respect for our physical potential at every stage of life. This philosophy is the foundation of all the fitness and sports advice you'll find here.
My professional life has also kept me deeply connected to the world of fitness. As an installer and repairer of sports machines, I've spent my career working with the very tools that build strength and endurance. I understand the mechanics of exercise from the inside out, and I bring that practical, hands-on knowledge to the content I create.
